I love it when we get doubles on, these two nice 23' beauties hit the reef runners within seconds of each other. These reef runners have become my favorites and are often part of my trolling spread. We are so spoiled by the great fisherie we have in Lake Erie where 23 inch fish are common, anywhere else in the country 23" walleye are wall hangers.

Striper Fishing, York Maine

I recently had the opportunity to fish for stripers with Captain Walter Woods of York Maine along with my grandson Daniel and son-in-law John. This is a 25" striper Danny caught and released off Long Sands Beach, York Maine. What a great time we had chasing stripers, catching mackerel and even a cod fish. Captain Walter has been fishing this area since he was a kid and knows the waters well, is a class guy and really made a fun day for us, I can't say enough about him he is everything you want in a captain and more. I'm looking forward to fishing with him again soon.
